Cincar Consulting Group, LLC (C2G) partners with clients to deliver cost effective, safe, and quality infrastructure assets. Our mission is to support successful delivery through all project stages of planning, design, and construction. C2G key areas of support involve program and project delivery, controls, stakeholder engagement/ communication, and construction oversight.

C2G supports our clients with the needed professional resources to deliver. C2G assists clients with an overall assessment of project delivery from organizational to delivery aspects, including review/development of project delivery processes, tools, delivery manuals, and training. C2G staff are well versed in development of project management plans, identifying, and mitigating risks, and establishing appropriate quality and financial plans that meet the project’s needs. C2G also supports our clients with extension of staff services for projects and/or programs.  

Communications of large projects and programs are crucial both internally and externally for success. C2G is experienced in supporting both internal and external communications with developing plans to address communications protocols, social media and website content, newsletters, and surveys. 

Construction services include oversight, verification, and inspection to support project delivery.
