Cincar Consulting Group, LLC (C2G) is serving the I-75 Modernization Project as an extension of staff for Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). The $1.76B construction project involves reconstruction of approximately 18 miles of I-75 in Oakland County, Michigan, and installation of the state’s first high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane.
The first Task Order was awarded in 2014 to help MDOT plan delivery of the corridor. Barbara Arens led the effort prior to joining C2G and continues to work on this project. Subsequent Task Orders assisted MDOT with overall program management activities for two design-build segments. C2G was added to the team in October 2020. The current Task Order is assisting MDOT to deliver the southern five miles of depressed freeway segment
