Rockdale County Program Management Support (Staff Augmentation) – Cincar Consulting Group, LLC (C2G) is provided program management support to assist Rockdale County in the development and implementation of its capital program for transportation and responsible for facilitating the delivery of transportation projects with Federal, State, Local and Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) concept reports.
- Reviewing preliminary, right of way, and final plans, cost estimates and concept reports.
- Reviewing bidding documents and evaluating competitive bids.
- Working with the county to apply for additional funding with applications to Atlanta Regional Commission.
- Local Maintenance and Improvement for 2020 funding.
- Coordinating and attending meetings with state and local officials.
In coordination with consulting firms, contractors, Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), and other Rockdale County Departments the end process will ensure all federal and state funded project’s scope, schedule and budgets are managed successfully and meet GDOT’s Plan Development Process.
