The Department retained the services of Cincar Consulting Group, LLC (C2G) to help perform organizational and performance improvement assessment of the new department. C2G prepared an organizational assessment of the agency, using interviews with key staff and city leaders, benchmarking and SWOT analyses. The assessment articulated goals, objectives, and strategies to guide future activities of the Department. In addition, C2G utilized focus groups, facilitated discussions, and other activities to support implementation of appropriate performance analyses and interventions. We guided the development of key elements of a performance-based organization and project delivery model appropriate for the Dallas Dept. of Transportation (DDOT).
