Cincar Consulting Group, LLC (C2G) is providing strategic support to the System Development Division and all departments within the division, inclusive of: Construction & Engineering; Transit Amenities & Facilities; Planning & System Development; Transportation Development; Capital Projects Office; and Sustainability Program Office. Responsibilities include supporting the Division in planning and implementing division organizational change; implementing the framework for the newly established Capital Projects Office and Sustainability Program Office; creating division policies and procedures; developing applicable performance management metrics; assisting in strategic planning; and facilitating coaching and leadership development. Other services may include staff support services, reporting and data analysis.
Assignments include the following:
- Project Management Support - Development, implementation and management of a performance and accountability system for the Department. C2G will perform policy and risk assessment; policies and procedures development; and program quality assurance oversight
- Training - Provide training specific to the System Development Division that focuses on project management, organizational efficiency, project controls, management effectiveness, strategic leadership, critical thinking, policy and procedure development
- Organizational Development - Provide guidance in change management, organization effectiveness and performance, and lead cultural development and organization change initiatives that address the Division’s goals and strategies.
- Equity Initiatives - As part of the JTA Mobility Infrastructure Program, the C2G will support JTA staff in preparing projects and procurements for equity initiatives as the mentor-protégé pilot, the workforce development pilot, and small business support.
- Staff Augmentation – Extension of staff services on an as needed basis
