Atlanta BeltLine Program Management (Staff Augmentation) – The Atlanta BeltLine is building a more socially and economically resilient Atlanta through job creation, inclusive transportation systems, affordable housing, and public spaces for all. Cincar Consulting Group, LLC (C2G) served as strategic advisor and provided program management support services through an assigned, interim Chief Engineer responsible for managing design and construction services for the agency.

• Managing the activities of in-house staff
• Coordination and oversight of contractor’s activities
• Strategic support for the development of future program management assignments
• Developed a detailed independent cost estimate of a trail project
• Created a construction inspection checklist
• Participated in the review of consultant’s plans and specifications at various stages of the project’s development
• Developed work health and safety guidelines
• Developed project tracking templates.
